What You’ll Do:
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification to demo, negotiation, and close. Take full responsibility for building a strong pipeline and converting leads to customers.
- Develop Deep Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding each prospect's needs and aligning our solution to solve their specific challenges. Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction and future growth opportunities.
- Conduct Strategic Demos and Presentations: Effectively present product capabilities and value propositions, tailoring each demonstration to resonate with the unique needs of the client.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue and scaling objectives.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to share customer insights, influence product development, and refine our go-to-market strategy.
- Adapt and Thrive in Ambiguity: Operate with agility and creativity in a startup environment, navigating rapid changes, limited resources, and evolving product features with resilience and a growth mindset.
- Gather and Share Customer Insights: Regularly capture and share feedback from prospects and customers to help shape our product roadmap and improve the customer experience.
Who You Are:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, Experience in fintech or data is a plus.
- Sales Professional with Startup Mindset: You bring experience in consultative sales, ideally with early-stage companies, and are comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
- Customer-Centric: Skilled at understanding and addressing client pain points and creating value in every interaction.
- Resilient and Adaptable: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and are motivated by the challenge of building something from the ground up.
- Data-Driven: Use insights and data to drive your approach, prioritize opportunities, and refine strategies over time.
- CRM Knowledge: Proficient in using Hubspot to track and manage sales pipelines.
