B2B Product Designer

As a B2B Product Designer at Vayu, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, user-centered products that meet the needs and pains of our clients. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and innovative solutions that drive business success. Your expertise in B2B design, combined with your ability to balance user experience with business goals, will be critical in delivering products that our clients love.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our business clients. Translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Product Design: Design end-to-end user experiences, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design specifications are met and aligned with business goals.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Ensure that products are user-friendly and meet the needs of our clients.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system that aligns with our brand and product guidelines.
• Data-Driven Design: Utilize analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring that our products are continuously improving.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients, articulating the value of design decisions in the context of business objectives.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our products remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B product design, Strong understanding of B2B operational process - MUST
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Knowledge: user-centered principles, information architecture & interaction design.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex design challenges creatively.‍
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles.
