Business Development Representative (BDR) for Early-Stage Startup

Join our growing team as a BDR and be a crucial part of driving our go-to-market strategy. As an BDR in our early-stage environment, you’ll play a foundational role in building our sales pipeline, identifying high-potential leads, and shaping the first interactions that prospects have with our company. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, motivated individual who is excited about contributing to a high-impact startup.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers and conduct targeted outreach through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest.
  • Engage and Educate Prospects: Clearly communicate our value proposition, answer initial questions, and pique interest to set up high-quality meetings for the Account Executive (AE) team and CEO.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with AEs and marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and follow-up strategies that enhance conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM Data: Keep accurate, up-to-date information on all prospect interactions in our CRM to ensure streamlined and effective communication across the team.
  • Gather and Share Insights: Provide valuable insights from your prospect conversations to help shape our messaging, product features, and outreach strategies.
